NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 69 of the New York State Tax Law, Tax Roll and Warrant for the Collection of 2012 Town and County Taxes have been received and are available to be viewed in the Town Clerk's Office at 185 North Main Street, Oriskany Falls, NY 13425.
All payments may be made:
In Person: To: Sonya Furness Tax Collector at the Town Clerk's Office, 185 North Main Street, Oriskany Falls, NY 13425, during regular office hours: Monday 9Am to 5Pm, Wednesday Noon to 6PM, Friday 10:30AM to 5:30PM and Saturday 9AM to Noon
By Mail: To : Sonya Furness Tax Collector at the Town Clerk's Office, 185 North Main Street, Oriskany Falls, NY 13425
Notice: Taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2012, without penalties. For the month of February, there will be an additional 1% penalty plus a $2 surcharge, for each parcel. For the month of MArch, there will be an additional 1 1/2% penalty plus a $2 surcharge. On April 1, 2012, all unpaid Town and County Taxes will be forwarded to Oneida County for collection
